Customer Also Bought (cross-selling)

The Customer Also Bought feature shows the most common products bought with the product a customer is viewing, or has in their shopping cart. It enables your store to intelligently capture customer intent and behavior as they add products into their shopping cart and generate such targeted recommendations for them in a fraction of a second. This is exactly what personalization technology does from this feature.

How it works?

• The feature provides a 'Customers who bought this also bought' panel to the main product page. It is configurable by setting the quantity of 'also bought' products displayed below the main product.
• It cleverly works out the most relevant 'also bought' products based on counting the products that were also bought and returning the top results based on the criteria set in the configuration.
• This is different to 'related products' feature as this utilizes user data rather than admin intervention to generate products for cross selling.
• It is for use only on the product page.
